Accessibility statement
How we make flowzart.com work for everyone, the standard we follow, and how to tell us about a problem.
1. Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use flowzart.com. We design and build the site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, level AA. These guidelines are the common standard for websites that work for people with disabilities, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard or zoom. This statement covers this website, flowzart.com.
2. What we do
Here is what the site does today.
- The first thing the Tab key reaches on every page is a link that skips straight to the main content.
- You can use the menus and the forms with a keyboard alone.
- When you move through a page with the Tab key, a ring shows which link or button you are on, in both the light and the dark theme.
- Every form field has a label that screen readers read out. If a form can't be sent, a message says so, and screen readers read it out too.
- Every picture of the product has a written description, in both themes.
- Every page tells your browser and your screen reader its language, English or Bulgarian.
- You can zoom in on any page. The site never turns zoom off.
- If you ask your device to reduce motion, the site stops its animations, and videos wait for you to press play.
- Our product videos have no sound, and each one has a written description.
- The site follows your device's light or dark setting, and the button at the top of every page switches it.
3. Conformance status
flowzart.com is partially conformant with these guidelines. That means some parts of the site do not fully meet them yet.
- Certain decorative animations start automatically and cannot be paused, stopped or hidden (Success Criterion 2.2.2). They do not play when your device is set to reduce motion.
- Certain buttons move toward the pointer when it hovers over them (Success Criterion 2.3.3, level AAA). They stay still when your device is set to reduce motion.
4. Tell us
If something on flowzart.com doesn't work for you, please tell us. Email us at [email protected] or write to us through our contact page. Tell us which page you were on and what went wrong. We read every message, and we will answer you.
5. Date
We wrote this statement on 16 October 2026.
6. How we checked
We checked the site ourselves. Automated tests looked at its pages in English and Bulgarian, on phone and desktop sizes, in both themes. We also checked by hand with a keyboard. We have not yet tested the site with a screen reader.
