Where we are with operational health: transparently, no theatre.
Flowzart is in active development. There is no formal SLA, no published uptime commitment, and no historic incident record yet. Putting any of those up before they're real would be theatre, not transparency.
What is true: we monitor the platform's operational health continuously, and the intent of this page is to be the place where incidents and planned maintenance are communicated as soon as that monitoring lives behind a public feed.
Until that feed lands, follow the waitlist for product updates. Operational notes that warrant broadcasting will go out through the same channel.
