Flowzart for Enterprise

Automation your whole
company can build.

Flowzart is a drag-and-drop canvas that gives your team the leverage of a software engineer. Wire nodes into workflows, run them on a real engine, and keep the security, access control, and audit trail an enterprise review asks for. We onboard your people and build alongside them.

Node library

Fifty-plus built-in nodes.
Infinite arrangements.

Every node does one job well. Wire them together on the canvas and the workflow you draw is the workflow you ship. Here are twelve of the everyday ones.

All the nodes
How it works

Three steps from blank canvas to live workflow.

01

Drag

Pull nodes from the catalog onto the canvas. Triggers, HTTP, transforms, conditionals. Every node is color-coded.

Webhook Trigger
02

Wire

Connect ports. Wire node outputs into node inputs and watch the workflow take shape. Build the flow that matches your business.

03

Run

Click Execute. Your workflow runs on a Go-backed engine in milliseconds. Watch every node light up in real time as data flows through it.

Conductor

Describe it. Conductor builds it with you.

Conductor is Flowzart’s built-in AI assistant. Tell it what you want to automate in plain language and it drafts the workflow on the canvas, node by node, explaining its plan as it goes.

  • It places real nodes on your canvas, the same ones you would drag yourself.
  • You stay in control: review each step, edit anything, and run when you are ready.
  • Every conversation is saved with its workflow, private by default, and yours to share.
Security & governance

Built for teams that answer to someone

The controls an enterprise review asks for, in plain terms. Each one is live in Flowzart today.

Roles, teams, service accounts

Owner, admin, editor and viewer, plus custom roles when a team needs its own bundle. Teams group people; service accounts give automations an identity of their own.

One policy document

Who can do what in a space lives in one document. Edit it visually or in code, and preview the effect on any member before you save.

Approval levels

Off, light, strict, or custom per action. Raise the level and the actions you choose need approval before they take effect.

Break-glass and panic mode

A ceremony brings key holders together to mint a scoped, time-bound override for the day something must be forced. Every use is on the record.

Audit log with export

Every privilege check, grant change and admin action, filterable by actor, action and result, exportable as CSV.

Change requests

Protect a flow's main branch and every publish becomes a change request with a diff a reviewer reads before it goes live. Registries can require the same.

Registries you control

Keep your team's custom nodes in a private registry, share one by link, and pull public building blocks when you want them.

Bespoke deployment

Bespoke deployment arrangements are available on Enterprise plans. Tell us what your review needs.

Aligned with EU and UK GDPR, with workloads on Flowzart-operated infrastructure in the UK, Bulgaria, and Germany. The full detail is on the Security page, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Agreement.

Pricing that follows the work

You pay for what your workflows do

No seats, no flat tiers. Flowzart meters the work itself and bills it in energy.

Every node carries a Watt rating. The plain logic nodes are close to free, and the nodes that reach out into the world, like an HTTP request, cost the most. A node draws its rating for each second it works, so a run costs the sum of what its nodes actually did, measured in watt-hours.

An enterprise engagement starts with a minimum commitment of $5,000 in Watts, which your team draws down as you build and run. Fast paths through a workflow cost less than slow ones, so well-built automation stretches the commitment further.

This is the same meter every Flowzart account runs on. The full breakdown lives on the pricing page, with a plain-language explainer, what the hell is a kilowatt-hour.
